Alexis Frasz is a cultural anthropologist with a passion for how communities and people transform and change. She has worked as a consultant in the cultural sector since 2004, specializing in organizational development, applied research and strategy. She is on the Board of Directors of High Concept Laboratories. Prior to joining Helicon, Alexis worked at AEA Consulting on cultural policy, strategic planning and market research. While there, she co-authored Critical Issues Facing the Arts in California for the James Irvine Foundation. She has written about technology, funding, cultural participation and other trends affecting the cultural sector in several publications. Alexis brings to the table her creative mind, swift problem solving and an ability to provide business plan and strategy consulting.
