Mollie works as a resource recovery and redistribution specialist at music festivals and large scale events throughout the United States and Canada. She focuses on donating food from vendors, caterers, and patrons to local organizations that alleviate hunger. Valuable assets such as tents, tarps, clothing, etc are also collected and donated to various non-profits and community groups like The Gear Closet of Chattanooga and CaribbeanSea. When not coordinating these efforts, Mollie works for an event catering company focused on sourcing local food, donating leftovers, and producing a delicious meal for artists and production teams.
When not at events Mollie travels around the globe, working remotely for Clean Vibes, an environmentally progressive waste management company and it’s non-profit arm, Clean Vibes Trading Post. One of her favorite adventures was in Ethiopia, the best bowl of noodle soup is definitely in Hanoi, but the ocean has her heart. Currently she is typing away in a hammock on the Oaxacan coast of Mexico.
