“The knowledge and awareness my boyfriend and I have garnered from Food Shift has gotten us to take pause and make small changes in our everyday interactions with food in a way we never thought to before, from making a concentrated effort to purchase the right quantities of produce for our home when we are at the grocery store, to getting creative in cooking with the ingredients we have in our fridge before they go bad, to being more open to consuming food that has gone a little past its expiration date.
